Statement of Non-use of PFOA/APFO and its salts and Compliance with EU Directive 2006/122/EC, Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 and Entry 68 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 amending Annex XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 – PFOA&PFOA Related Substances
We hereby declare that PTFE produced by JSC «HaloPolymer Perm» and LLC «HaloPolymer Kirovo-Chepetsk» do not contain neither PerFluoroOctaneSulfonate (PFOS), nor PerFluoroOctaneAcid (PFOA) and meets the requirements of the current EU Directive 2006/122/EC, Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 and Entry 68 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 amending Annex XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No
1907/2006 – PFOA&PFOA Related Substances without exemption.
We hereby declare and guarantee that we do not use PFOA/APFO or its salts/LCPFAC in our process of polymerization of TFE in the production of Fluoroplast-4 (PTFE) (Trade names: Fluoroplast-4 of “PN”, “PN20”, “PN40”, “PN90”, “PN180”, Fluoroplast-4 (PN, O, T, K), Fluoroplast-4M (1,2), Fluoroplast-4A (1,2), Fluoroplast-4RB, Fluoroplast-4-PN-M,
Fluoroplast-4TG(1,2).
We have never used and do not use PFOA/APFO or its salts/LCPFAC as emulsifier in the production of Fluoroplast-4 fine powders (Fluoroplast-4D grades «Sh», «L», «E», «T»).
We guarantee the adherence to the manufacturing techniques and compliance with requirements of current EU Directive 2006/122/EC, Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 and Entry 68 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 amending Annex XVII of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 – PFOA&PFOA Related Substances.
